1. Skincare & Retail Products

We accept returns or exchanges on unopened, unused products within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
Opened or used products may be exchanged for spa credit only if a product reaction or defect occurs, as determined by our skincare specialists.

2. Online Purchases

Products purchased online through www.cutiscarelabs.ca  must be returned in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
